I have compiled a collection of free border sets consisting of a background design, a welcome banner, a spacer bar, and matching buttons. If you would like to use any of these sets, I ask that you place my design logo on the page where my designs appear and link it back to me. If you have a more specific design in mind, I can create a border set from any small non-copyrighted GIF, JPEG, or PICT graphic you provide.
